Down Load Error

Dear Colleague.

Hope you are well?
I take it that when you try and open a down load file you get an error message displayed?

To correct this and for you to gain access.

Can you down load Google chrome web browser

How
Go into Google and enter in the search box Google chrome
When found down load the browser.

Make this your default web browser

You then should be ok (if you have not down loaded adobe reader 10.1 please do so)
Many people have been successful going into our sites

The reason for the change

There are three problems
 
(a) If you are using windows 7?
(b) If you are using Internet explorer 8 64 bit?
(c) If you are using a 64 bit computer system?
 
All the above require a 64 bit adobe flash drive of which adobe have not yet introduced
 
If you still have a problem

Download Firefox web browser. (Google enter Firefox and down load this browser)
Open our website
If it requests you to down load adobe flash (click the icon on our website at the bottom right hand side of the site and let it own load)
You then will be able to down load from any of our sites.
 
I understand that adobe are working on a new version of a 64bit Flash drive
But it is months away
 
When you have done the above will you please let me know exactly what you did
